The ideal keto side dish is coleslaw. Everything goes with it. It’s budget-friendly. Unpretentious and comfortable. It’s like your favorite pair of jeans that you wear a few times a week.

Ingredients-

  1. 1 cup mayonnaise
  2. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  3. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoon sweetener (we used swerve granulated sweetener)
  5. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  6. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  7. 1, 16-ounce bag of coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. Using a sharp knife, a mandolin slicer, or a food processor, shred the cabbage.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sweetener, salt, and onion powder.
  3. Add dressing mix over the coleslaw. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes after thoroughly stirring.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
  5. Mix again before serving.
