Keto Sugar-Free Ranch Vinaigrette : easy to make in 10min.

After seven years of being away, I’m back with a new recipe for Sugar-free Ranch Vinaigrette. This one is keto-friendly and sugar-free. I use a sugar alternative called erythritol which tastes great in this and a few other recipes. I’m getting ready to make this again and I’m thinking of not adding the sugar alternative in for next time. My family seems to really like it without it.

This is a recipe from one of my favorite cookbooks, “Whole Food Keto” by Melissa Joulwan (who also has a blog: Melissa Joulwan’s Well Fed). It is a tasty and healthy vinaigrette that can be served with lettuce, as a dip for meats, or even as a

This is a classic vinaigrette, and one of the most important parts of how this recipe works is the addition of flaxseed oil. Flaxseed oil is a healthy fat that has been shown to promote healthy weight loss and maintain a healthy heart. It’s also full of omega-3 fatty acids.

Your lovely, fresh leafy green salad is deserving of nothing but the finest. This tart, homemade sugar-free ranch vinaigrette is the perfect complement. It’s sugar-free and keto, thanks to our ranch seasoning recipe. Anyone for a salad? Use it as a marinade for poultry or grilled vegetables.

I made this sugar-free ranch vinaigrette with a few substitutions to make it keto-friendly.

Ingredients:

Vinaigrette

  • 1 tbsp. ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup light olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Ranch seasoning

  • 2 tbsp. dried tarragon or dried chives
  • 2 tbsp. dried parsley
  • 2 tbsp. dried dill
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. sea salt
  • ½ tbsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting cover, thoroughly combine the spices.
  2. Keep the spices in a dark, dry, and room-temperature location. Place in tiny tin containers to store.
  3. Make as much as you’ll need in the following 4-6 months in one batch. The spices will lose some of their taste and strength after this period, but they will not go bad.

Tip!

-If you are sensitive to sour tastes, reduce the amount of vinegar used. Add additional mayonnaise or sour cream to make a creamier salad dressing; use approximately 14–12 cup per cup of olive oil.

This healthy and keto friendly vinaigrette adds to the taste to any type of salad.

Normally, Ranch dressing is an American salad dressing usually made from buttermilk, salt, garlic, onion, mustard, herbs (commonly chives, parsley and dill), and spices (commonly pepper, paprika and ground mustard seed) mixed into a sauce based on mayonnaise or another oil emulsion.

My family loves ranch dressing, but we just recently started eating keto and now we can’t have it! Instead of compromising on our favorite dressing, I’ve created this keto-friendly sugar-free ranch vinaigrette recipe! This recipe is sugar-free, low carb, keto-friendly, paleo, dairy-free, and gluten-free. Read about keto ranch dressing with Greek yogurt and let us know what you think.

I think having a nice quality ranch dressing will add to any salad’s taste and make it more yummier and tastier.
