The ideal dairy pairing is parmesan and butter. This easy keto dish is salty and creamy in equal measure. It goes well with both meat and vegetarian recipes.
- 210 g butter
- 180 ml (60 g) shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¾ tsp salt
- 2⁄5 tsp ground black pepper
- Allow the butter to come to room temperature before using.
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients using a fork. Allow 15 minutes for the flavors to meld together.
- Allow the butter to melt over meat, poultry, fish, or vegetables as a seasoning.
- The butter will stay in the refrigerator for at least one week and may also be frozen.
