Few Things You’ll Need-

These sliders are simple to prepare and don’t need a large number of ingredients. This recipe produces 12 sliders in a single batch. Depending on how many people you’re serving, you may want to double the recipe. Do you recall how I claimed they flew off the shelves?

  • King’s Hawaiian Buns – you don’t have to buy this brand, but they’re great for this recipe since they’re a little sweet. It’s also possible to create your own Hawaiian rolls.
  • Roast beef, deli-sliced — the thinner the pieces, the better.
  • Buying pieces of medium cheddar cheese saves a lot of time. However, you may make your own from a block of cheese. The finest melting cheese is medium.
  • Butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion flakes, and poppy seeds make up the sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (12 count) Hawaiian slider rolls
  • 7 oz. roast beef, sliced
  • 6 medium cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 pound of butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (brown)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (dijon)
  • Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon
  • 2 tblsp. onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon seeds of poppy

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Hawaiin rolls should be cut in half and then separated. Place the bottom half of the rolls in an ungreased 9 X 13 baking pan.
  3. Roast beef, cheddar cheese, and the top half of the buns are served on top.
  4. 1/2 cup butter, melted in a microwave-safe bowl Brown sugar, dijon mustard, Worchestershire sauce, onion flakes, and poppy seeds should all be added at this point. Stir everything together well.
  5. Pour or spoon the sauce mixture over the rolls, making sure that each one is well coated and that the sauce runs down the edges.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, covered with foil. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes, or until crisp and gently browned on top.
