If you’re following a keto diet, you know that eating the same thing day in and day out can get a bit boring. That’s why I’ve created these make-ahead keto snack boxes in 3 different flavors. Each box has 6-8 lunch and dinner ideas. These keto snack boxes are super easy to make, and they’ll be a huge help for a keto dieter like yourself!

When I first got started eating keto snacks, I used to buy them from the store. It was pretty expensive, so I decided to try making my own to save money. After all, it’s just snacks. And you know what, I’m pretty proud of the results! These keto snack boxes are well-rounded, easy to make, and low in carbs. They’re especially great if you’re on the go.

When you start a new diet or lifestyle, there are a few key moments when your willpower can falter and things can go wrong. When you get to the point of starvation, it’s usually too late to do the right thing.

Snacks play an important role in compliance, but buying ready-to-eat snacks can be expensive. These creative, colorful lunch boxes are full of protein and good fats, so you’ll feel satisfied while consuming low carbs.

Here’s how this simple idea works!

Prepare snacks for the whole week at a snack bar and enjoy them throughout the week. I cook on Sunday afternoons and prepare enough for myself and my husband for the entire work week. Sure, it’s not a new concept, but it’s a candy tip that will make your week go smoothly.

Step 1 – Buy an airtight snack container!

Start with small plastic or glass containers that stack well. I like these Glad Entrance containers because they are flat and stack well, but there are many other inexpensive options.

Step 2 – Fill the trays with tasty keto friendly snacks!

Then start packing your boxes with a mix of items chosen according to your preferences. I use cheap paper muffin tins to separate the pieces and keep them whole.
