The diet is basically a high-fat lifestyle. But, that was before we had a recipe for “keto parmesan butter”, which is Parmesan cheese with butter in it. It makes parmesan the perfect cheese.

The ideal dairy pairing is parmesan and butter. This easy keto dish is salty and creamy in equal measure. It goes well with both meat and vegetarian recipes.

Ingredients

  • 210 g butter
  • 180 ml (60 g) shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 25 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Allow the butter to come to room temperature before using.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients using a fork. Allow 15 minutes for the flavors to meld together.
  3. Allow the butter to melt over meat, poultry, fish, or vegetables as a seasoning.
  4. The butter will stay in the refrigerator for at least one week and may also be frozen.
