- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (we used swerve granulated sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1, 16-ounce bag of coleslaw mix
- Using a sharp knife, a mandolin slicer, or a food processor, shred the cabbage.
- In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sweetener, salt, and onion powder.
- Add dressing mix over the coleslaw. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes after thoroughly stirring.
- Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
- Mix again before serving.
