Ingredients 1x2x3x

  • 1/2 pounds Sausage
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 425 grams Frozen Hash browns 
  • 1 cup Milk
  • salt to taste

  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 pan with cooking spray and put aside.
  • Heat a large skillet on medium. Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Remove from heat.
  • Add the bell peppers and onion to the same skillet the sausage was cooked in and sauté for 2- 3 minutes. 
  • In a large bowl, mix eggs, cheese and milk together and whisk well.
