  • 0.39 tbsp. honey – OR 1 tsp of extract of your choice lemon, orange, etc.
  • yellow food color

Orange Layer

  • 4.69 oz. white chocolate chips

  • orange food color

White Layer

  • 4.69 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 0.1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.39 tsp. vanilla extract clear is best! OR 1 tsp. of extract of your choice (lemon, orange, etc.)

Instructions

  • Line a loaf pan (I used 9×5) with foil. Make sure to leave foil hanging over two sides of the pan for easy removal. If you are using non-stick foil – you’re done. If not, lightly spray the foil with cooking spray.
  • Combine white chips, heavy whipping cream, and honey in a medium-size microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds on high heat. Stir. Repeat and stir until chips are melted and smooth.
  • Add the food color and stir until color is uniform. You may need to add more food color to achieve your desired shade.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Orange Layer

  • Repeat the steps as above for the yellow layer. (For the orange I used about 12 drops of yellow and 4 drops of red)
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the chilled yellow layer and chill for at least 30 minutes.

White Layer

  • Repeat steps above.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the chilled orange layer and chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove the fudge from the pan using the foil as handles. Cut fudge into slices and then into wedges or triangles so that they resemble candy corn.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Fudge made with Candy Corn

Three layers are used to make the candy corn fudge. To begin, melt the white chocolate and combine it with the condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Dividing the mixture into three parts is a good idea. One portion should be left simple, while the other two should be painted in two distinct colors. Mix thoroughly. Layer the three colors in the tin, chilling in between each layer (to avoid the colors from blending together).

Tips

— To make a chocolate layer, either dust the plain layer with cocoa powder or melt dark chocolate chips with condensed milk.

– Before chilling, add plain peanuts to the layers for added crunch.

– Clean your knife after each slice to obtain smooth, clean slices from the fudge.

– You can also use coconut condensed milk to create this candy corn fudge!

– If you can’t locate high quality chocolate, chocolate chips will suffice. Look for the highest possible quality!

— Dried cranberries, roasted peanuts, hazelnuts, and sliced almonds are all tasty additions.

How to Keep Candy Corn Fudge Fresh

Keep the Candy Corn Fudge in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. To prevent the fudge from getting sticky, keep it away from moisture.

You may also put the candy corn in the freezer. Place the fudge in a Ziploc bag and store it in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Chill the white mixture on top of the fudge overnight.

Notes

On other occasions, try experimenting with other hues. For Christmas, make the fudge green and red, or blue and red for the 4th of July! these candies dessert are loved by all family members equally.
