  • 90 ml (60 g) ground psyllium husk powder
  • 350 ml (170 g) almond flour
  • 213 tsp. baking powder
  • 1¼ tsp. sea salt
  • 280 ml water
  • 213 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 3½ egg whites
  • 213 tbsp. sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a large mixing basin, combine the dry ingredients.
  3. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
  4. Toss the dry ingredients with the vinegar and egg whites and mix well. Add the hot water and beat for 30 seconds with a hand mixer. Don’t overmix the dough; it should have the consistency of Play-Doh.
  5. Shape dough into 6 individual rolls by moistening hands with a little olive oil. Place on a baking sheet that has been buttered. Optional sesame seeds may be sprinkled on top.
